2. Membership and Services

Nomad Masterminds provides exclusive mastermind groups, business retreats, and networking opportunities for location-independent entrepreneurs. Membership is subject to application approval and annual fees.

3. Member Obligations

Members must maintain professional conduct, respect confidentiality agreements, and actively participate in assigned mastermind groups. Violation of community standards may result in membership termination.

4. Payment Terms

Annual membership fees are due upon acceptance. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. Membership auto-renews unless cancelled 30 days prior to renewal date.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by Nomad Masterminds remain our exclusive property. Members may not redistribute, sell, or commercially use any proprietary content.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nomad Masterminds is not liable for business decisions, financial losses, or outcomes resulting from advice or connections made through our community. Members participate at their own risk.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by California state law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
